What it is

A plan you can use, not only file away

During the assignment you see where we are: survey, drafting, concept or delivery, with the expected delivery date. After that, the plan is ready to use: per building the condition of every element, the planning and the costs per year, and the photos of the defects. Click a year and you see which work is planned.

With several buildings you also see them side by side: the costs per year for the whole portfolio, and per year which building needs the most. You mark completed work with the actual amount, and keep quotes and invoices with the building.

Maintenance works

From quote to completion

When work is planned, you set it up in the portal: from the MJOP, with the estimate, or created yourself. You place contractors' quotes side by side, with the PDF, validity, lead time and guarantee, and see the difference with the estimate from the MJOP.

On request, AC Vastgoed Advies supervises the work: we add our advice, prepare a proposal for the general meeting of a homeowners association and record the checks during the work, with photos, points to be fixed and a payment advice per instalment. More about project supervision (in Dutch).

After the first year. The portal is part of Actueel MJOP, the management of your MJOP: we update your plan every year and the portal stays available for the whole term. Prices for commercial property.

Without a subscription. After the first year you can view the portal for another 90 days and download everything. You always keep the report, the Excel file and the photos.

Frequently asked questions: client portal

The first year is free with every new MJOP, for homeowners associations (VvE) and for commercial property. After that the portal stays available as part of Actueel MJOP, the subscription in which we update your plan every year.
You decide. An administrator invites colleagues, board members or a technical adviser by email, as administrator or as viewer, and chooses per person which buildings they can see.
Yes. The demo shows the portal with fictitious data of three buildings and an assignment in progress. You can click on everything; changes are not saved.
On servers in Frankfurt, within the EU. Only you, the people you invite and AC Vastgoed Advies, for updating your plan, have access. Two-step verification can be made mandatory for your organisation.
After the first year you can view the portal for another 90 days and download everything. After that, access closes. You received the report, the Excel file and the photos as files; you keep those.
